How do we send you project drawings?

You can email us the PDF files or if drawing set is too large, you can share the link to online plan rooms. We can also provide you a drop box link to copy you plans to.

What is the benefit of outsourcing our estimating needs?

Professional estimating at a fraction of in-house cost. You pay per project and only use our service when required which translates into less overheads, more time to focus on project execution and business growth.

What is your turnaround time?

Our usual turnaround time is approx. 5 working days. If required we can assign multiple estimators to your project to meet short deadline (up to 24 hours delivery)

What is your cost structure? OR How do you charge, $/SF, per hour?

– Our fees depends on the size & complexity of the job. We don’t charge per SF or per hour. Rather we quote a lump-sum fees for each project. If you share your project plans, with me, l’ get back to you with our quote within 2 hours.

I totally understand that if my quote is too high, you’ll not use our service no matter how good our takeoffs are. Therefore, I can assure you that our fees will always be reasonable.
